Frequently
Asked Questions
|
Why does the
video/audio skip or sometimes stop for a few seconds? |
|
Internet congestion is the most likely culprit of
your problems. If you are on a 56K connection, cancel any downloads
you have in progress while viewing the video/audio. If you aren't
downloading, try closing down programs that may use considerable
bandwidth, such as MSN Messenger or Yahoo! Chat.
Videos are best played using a broadband connection. Audio, however,
should play fine on 56K connections as well as broadband connections. |

I clicked on a video
to play, but there's a gray box in the middle of the page? |
|
Please make sure you have Windows Media Player
installed. It is usually already installed, but if it isn't, or you're
running an older version, click the button below to begin downloading
Windows Media Player 10.

Can I place the videos
on my website? |
|
No. This would create a strain on our server and
bog down the network, thereby creating an unsatisfactory experience
for other viewers. For this reason, we cannot allow you to place the
videos on your website. |
